Need To Return Or Exchange An Item?

Returns and exchanges are accepted for most products up to 30 days from the purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and/or packing slip. Exchanges are limited to one occurrence per item for a single item of equal or lesser value. A partial refund will be issued for exchanges of items of lesser value. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

How Much Does It Cost To Return Or Exchange An Item?

Standard shipping is free on all exchanges. All returned items are subject to a $7.95 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your processed refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When Should I Expect My Refund Or Exchanged Item?

Exchanges will be shipped standard shipping unless otherwise noted. The average processing time for returns and exchanges is approximately 5-10 business days; not including shipping and transit times. Refund payments will be processed within 3-5 business days of return processing; depending on your financial institution.
